Your best customers would leave you a review. Almost none of them think of it, and almost nobody asks. Maria asks — by text, from a number registered to your business, one message, no pestering.

You do not need a Maria Answers plan. This is sold on its own.

You send us your customer list.

A spreadsheet, an export from your job software, anything with names and mobile numbers. That is the whole job on your side. We scrub it before a single text goes out — anybody who ever asked us to stop is removed, and so is any number that is not a real mobile.

We register the texting paperwork for your number.

US carriers require every business that sends texts to be registered, under your own business name. We file it and we pay for it. It takes a few days and it is not optional — a shortcut here gets your messages filtered instead of delivered.

Maria texts them and asks.

One short message from a number that belongs to your business, in plain words, at a sensible hour in their own timezone. If somebody replies STOP they are removed for good, on every product we run.

Your rating climbs, and you get a report every month.

People pick the business with more reviews and a better score. Once a month we read your Google total and email you what moved. We keep going — we never "finish" your list, and you keep feeding us new customers.

What we do not do

We do not write reviews, buy them, or offer anybody anything to leave one. Every review is your own customer, in their own words, on their own account. That is the only kind that lasts — and the only kind Google leaves standing.

We also text nobody who has not done business with you. This is your list, not ours.
